| FALL FORECAST |
Turquoise, the birthstone of December and anniversary gemstone for
the 11th year of marriage, shows no sign of falling off the fashion
radar for fall.
"Moving forward for next season, you'll be seeing a lot of turquoise
worn in combination with semi-precious stones like amber and topaz.
It is also being mixed with pearls and especially coral and cinnabar
-- which all make beautiful combinations," says Connie Stillo, co-owner
of Accessity boutique. Stillo says that personal preference dictates
how to wear your turquoise.
"You can wear one great statement-making piece or smaller pieces
layered and mixed with other stones." |
