    However, if you do have cellulite this does not mean it is there to stay. RoC ® and Johnson & Johnson have performed clinical studies investigating cellulite and how to diminish its appearance.

    Here are a few of their suggestions:

    Eat foods with less calories and fat.
  • Avoid processed and refined foods--choose fresh, natural foods instead of canned or convenience foods.
  • Eat fresh fruit and vegetables daily at each meal.
  • Limit salt, caffeine and starches
  • Drink at least eight glasses of water every day to cleanse your system and flush the toxins from your body

    Exercise regularly
  • Combine aerobic exercise with weight training to put a healthy layer of muscle underneath the fat, eventually replacing the fat and reducing the appearance of cellulite. Keep this up at least three times a week.
